• Why It Matters: These sessions provide actionable insights for attendees aspiring to leadership roles, while reinforcing WIH’s commitment to representation, equity, and community impact.
• Speaker Lens: Share personal leadership journeys, case studies, and data-backed outcomes—not just theory. The emphasis is on perspective as a differentiator: how your unique vantage point shaped results.
