Megan Billnoske is the founder of IMSPIRE LLC, a keynote speaker, certified ICF coach, facilitator, and Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®. Over the past 16 years, she has helped more than 17,000 leaders around the world—from emerging leaders to executives and company-wide strategy teams—solve problems creatively, communicate more effectively, and lead with confidence.

A proud Houstonian, Megan works for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, is a Past President of the National Speakers Association Houston Chapter, and served as Conference Chair for Association for Talent Development Houston—not once, but twice. Through her business, she also founded an annual university scholarship to invest in the next generation of leaders.
