Gayathri Sellakumar Jith is a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across health systems, academic medical centers, hospitals, physician enterprises, and medical groups. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Hoag Clinic, leading strategy, operations, growth, and performance across the health system’s physician enterprise.

Her prior leadership roles include Chief Operating Officer at MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and Senior Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and Ambulatory Services at Valley Presbyterian Hospital.

Gayathri holds an MPH from UCLA and a BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a former USC adjunct faculty member, and a recipient of the Thomas C. Dolan Executive Diversity Program Scholarship and San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” recognition.
