Through clinical insight, lived experience, and an actionable recovery model, attendees leave with a personalized strategy for reclaiming their health, redefining their leadership identity, and sustaining their impact without sacrificing themselves.

Brandiss T. Pearson, Ed.D., FNP-C is an executive wellness strategist, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and author with over a decade of healthcare leadership spanning public and private sectors. She has served as Vice President of Clinical Services in value-based care and population health, bringing a rare convergence of clinical credibility and C-suite experience to every stage she occupies.
Dr. Pearson is the founder of THE MIDAS WELL EXECUTIVE, a platform dedicated to helping high-performing professional women in healthcare reclaim their health, identity, and leadership edge. She is the author of The Other Side of Leadership and The Becoming Blueprint. Her doctoral research at St. John Fisher University focused on health, wellness, and wellbeing strategies for executive leaders.
Her proprietary frameworks, BRAVE and MIDAS (Make It Direct And Simple), have guided leaders across healthcare in building careers that are both high-performing and deeply sustainable.
