Dr. Candace Steele Flippin is a seasoned Communications Executive and an engaged Fellow at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
A dedicated scholar, she has authored best-selling books Generation Z in the Workplace and Millennials in the Workplace, as well as her third book, Get Your Career in SHAPE, which was released on international women’s day in March 2022 and is based on her insightful TEDx Talk, What Women Really Want… at Work. In addition to her written work, Dr. Steele Flippin leads leadership development residencies for graduate students at Johns Hopkins University.
She is a highly sought-after speaker and media commentator. Drawing from her unique experience as a communications executive and management scholar, Dr. Steele Flippin offers valuable career insights that focus on promoting leadership development for women and addressing the challenges of the evolving multigenerational workplace.
A strong advocate of civic engagement, she serves on the board of directors of Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation, The Woodruff Arts Center, and the Carter Center Board of Councilors. She is also on the Advisory Board of CulTRUE, a private equity organizational culture solutions company.
Dr. Steele Flippin earned her Doctor of Management from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and her BA from the University of Michigan. She also holds an Accreditation in Public Relations.
