Jennifer Ratner brings over two decades of expertise in healthcare project management and facilities planning to her role as Executive Director of Facilities Planning at University of Kentucky HealthCare in Lexington, KY. With a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, a Professional Engineer License in Mechanical Engineering, and as an AHA Certified Health Care Constructor Jennifer possesses a unique blend of technical proficiency and strategic vision.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has led numerous project teams aimed at enhancing patient care delivery and operational efficiency through both renovation of existing hospital facilities as well as construction and fitout of several medical office buildings that create healing environments with innovative operational solutions.
